TRANSPLANTER

Innovation in Automated Planting: RoboPlant

RoboPlant is a revolution in agriculture, offering efficient and sustainable solutions for planting seedlings. It adapts to different types of terrain, from flat to complex, providing incredibly efficient automated planting.

With cabins designed for operator comfort, the RoboPlant It is autonomous and operates throughout the day. Its planting process is simplified, taking only about 6 seconds. Its flexibility allows the spacing between seedlings to be programmed according to the needs of each plantation, and GPS technology offers precise georeferencing.

What makes it notable is its hybrid engine highly efficient, consuming only 4 liters of diesel per hour compared to 13 liters for a conventional tractor. This saves resources, contributes to sustainability and generates carbon credits.

Control is intuitive and secure, with card access NFC. Safety is reinforced by cameras that monitor the entire process, and its conveyor system provides superior stability and strength, reducing the need for maintenance.

Weighing approximately 9 tons, The RoboPlant It is robust and efficient, saving labor with only two operators required. It is an innovation that is transforming agriculture.

PLANTER NOZZLE

Our transplanter uses a hydraulic system to open, close and precisely position the seedlings in the soil. This process guarantees high quality mechanical planting. Additionally, it has an internal cleaning mechanism that keeps the seedling exit system clean, ensuring consistent performance during planting.

The arm which moves the seedling planting system works independently in relation to the movement of the machine. This ensures that the spacing between seedlings is uniform, avoiding friction and wear.

Another highlight of our equipment is the terrain reading system, which allows us to check the planting location in advance. This avoids any obstacles, such as stumps and other debris, ensuring a efficient and problem-free planting.
